Saints Philip and James School operates on a "Continuous Enrollment" model for students enrolled in our school. Under the Continuous Enrollment system it is assumed that once a child is enrolled, they will continue their education until graduation from eighth grade. As the majority of our school families at SSPJ remain year after year, this streamlined process reduces time and paperwork for both parents and staff.

All FACTS accounts for currently enrolled students will be automatically rolled over for the following school year. 

Step 2:

Tuition Deposits: 

The Tuition Deposit amount remains at $200 per student for all grades (Pre-K 3 to 8th). 

Tuition Deposits for next year will be automatically billed in your Smart Tuition account with payment due in February.

Tuition Deposits will be applied toward the tuition amount for next year.
